개인정보 처리방침

설문함은 계정이 없습니다. 설문을 만들 때도 답할 때도 이름이나 연락처를 묻지 않습니다. 설문 안에서 무엇을 묻는지는 만든 사람이 정합니다.

설문을 만들면 제목과 질문과 설정을 저장하고, 관리 링크의 열쇠는 되돌릴 수 없는 값(해시)으로만 저장합니다. 열쇠 자체는 저장하지 않습니다.
답을 제출하면 그 답과 제출 시각을 저장해 설문을 만든 사람에게 보여 줍니다. 응답에 개인정보가 들어 있다면 그것을 받는 사람은 설문을 만든 사람이고, 설문함은 만든 사람이 시킨 대로 보관하고 보여 주기만 합니다. 다른 목적으로 쓰거나 남에게 넘기지 않습니다.
하루 한도를 세고 신고를 한 번만 세려고 접속 주소(IP 주소)를 그날의 비밀 값과 섞은 해시로 바꿔 씁니다. 원래 IP 주소는 저장하지 않고, 해시는 날마다 달라져 날짜를 넘어 이어지지 않습니다. 서버 요청 기록 기능은 꺼 두었습니다.
신고하면 사유와 한 줄 설명을 그 설문과 함께 저장하고 운영자가 봅니다.
이 브라우저의 로컬 저장소에 세 가지를 둡니다. 내가 만든 설문 목록과 관리 열쇠(seolmun.mine.v1), 게시 전 초안(seolmun.draft.v1), 한 번만 받는 설문에 이미 답했다는 표시(seolmun.done.v1). 이 기기 밖으로 나가지 않고, 브라우저 데이터를 지우면 사라집니다.
세션 저장소에는 어느 단계까지 눌렀는지만 적어 같은 방문에서 같은 신호를 두 번 세지 않습니다.
익명 계측으로 날짜, 단계 이름, 화면 언어, 유입 라벨만 셉니다(예: 설문을 게시했다, 링크를 보냈다). 설문 내용과 답은 계측에 싣지 않습니다.
운영비를 대려고 우리가 쓴 쪽(첫 화면, 틀, 안내)에 구글 애드센스 광고를 싣습니다. 구글이 광고를 위해 쿠키나 광고 식별자를 쓸 수 있고, 이는 구글의 정책을 따릅니다. 만든 사람이 쓴 설문 화면과 만들기, 관리 화면에는 광고를 싣지 않습니다.

보관과 삭제

만든 사람이 관리 화면에서 설문을 지우면 설문과 응답과 신고가 그 자리에서 지워집니다. 응답 하나만 지울 수도 있습니다. 마지막으로 고치거나 응답을 받은 날부터 365일이 지나면 저절로 지워집니다. 운영 규칙으로 내린 설문은 90일 뒤 지웁니다.

어디에 저장되나

클라우드플레어의 서버(Durable Objects)에 저장합니다. 전송은 암호화(HTTPS)됩니다.

이 사이트는 클라우드플레어를 거쳐 열리는데, 클라우드플레어가 방문 기록을 남기는 스크립트를 페이지에 자동으로 끼워 넣습니다. 우리가 넣은 것이 아니라서 브라우저가 그것을 거부하도록 막아 뒀습니다. 그래서 그 기록은 나가지 않습니다. 태그 자체는 앞단이 계속 넣고 있어 알고 계시는 편이 낫다고 보아 적습니다.

Privacy Policy

Seolmun has no accounts. We don't ask for your name or contact details to make or answer a survey. What a survey asks is up to its creator.

When you make a survey, we store its title, questions and settings. The manage key is stored only as a one-way hash, never the key itself.
When you submit a response, we store your answers and the time and show them to the survey's creator. If the answers contain personal details, the creator is the one collecting them. Seolmun only stores and shows them as the creator asks, never uses them for anything else, and never hands them to anyone.
To enforce daily limits and count each report once, we turn your IP address into a hash mixed with a secret that changes every day. We don't store IP addresses, and the hash can't be linked across days. Server request logging is switched off.
When you report a survey, we store the reason and your one line of detail with that survey for review.
Three things live in this browser's local storage: the list of surveys you made with their manage keys (seolmun.mine.v1), your unpublished draft (seolmun.draft.v1), and a marker for one-response surveys you've answered (seolmun.done.v1). They never leave this device and disappear when you clear browser data.
Session storage holds only which steps you've reached, so one visit isn't counted twice.
Our anonymous counts record only the date, the step name, the screen language and a referral label (for example: a survey was published, a link was shared). Survey content and answers are never included.
To cover running costs we show Google AdSense ads on our own pages (home, templates, guides). Google may use cookies or ad identifiers for this under its own policies. We don't show ads on surveys that creators write, or on the editing and manage screens.

Keeping and deleting

When a creator deletes a survey from the manage page, the survey, its responses and its reports are deleted right away. Single responses can be deleted too. Everything is deleted automatically 365 days after the last edit or response. Surveys taken down under our rules are deleted after 90 days.

Where it's stored

On Cloudflare's servers (Durable Objects). Everything travels over HTTPS.

This site is served through Cloudflare, which automatically inserts a visitor-analytics script into our pages. We didn't add it, so we've set the browser to refuse it. Nothing is sent. The tag itself keeps getting inserted, and we'd rather you know.
