A 16-type template you can rewrite
Personality quiz maker
Build a quiz where people rate statements from 1 to 5 and get a four-letter type with a description. Use the template as is, or rewrite every question and result to make it your own.
This quiz is for fun. It is not a validated psychological assessment and should not be used for diagnosis.
Four axes, sixteen types
Each axis has two sides. One letter from each axis makes the four-letter type. You can rename both sides and change the letters.
- ERecharges with people/Recharges aloneI
- SStarts from what's there/Starts from what could beN
- TDecides by reasoning/Decides by feelingF
- JPlans ahead/Keeps it openP
How the result is worked out
- The middle of the scale (3) counts as zero. Statements that lean to the left letter add, the others subtract.
- Above zero gives the left letter, below zero the right one. Exactly zero gives the left letter.
- Each axis has seven statements pointing both ways, so someone who just hits "agree" won't land on one side.
- The result screen shows a bar for each axis, so people see how far they lean.
What a result looks like

The Guide Who Connects People
You see what people could become and bring them together. You like the picture of everyone moving forward. Drawing a line helps, so you don't carry everyone's expectations.
Make it your own
- Edit or add statements, and pick which axis and side each scale question counts toward.
- Rename the axes and change the letters. Single letters work too, like "A" and "B".
- Write your own name, description and badge (a letter or emoji) for all sixteen results. Turn them into characters from a show or game you love for a "which character are you" quiz.
- Publish and send the link. People can pass their result on to friends.
